Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Flexible Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Perform telehealth and in-person clinical counseling services to clients of Healing House of CT as scheduled, and in accordance with company
policies
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required
- Be properly licensed and by all laws, rules, regulations, and code of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed by Healing
House of CT
- Evaluate clients to determine their needs and the support options that can help them
- Create individualized care plans for each client
- Maintain timely records of treatments and services including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination
notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Healing House of CT or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a
timely fashion (within 24 hours of seeing client). Keep client files accurate and up to date.
- Provide talk therapy
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Healing House of CT
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, etc.
- Must hold a current, independent professional clinical license in CT (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. LPC-A, LMSW and pre-licensed Psychologists

- Working knowledge of the DSM V
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including a high degree of professionalism
- A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
