She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in 2002 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is trained in Conflict Resolution, certified as a couple’s mediator and EMDR Therapist. Former Chair of the Latino/a Network of the National Association of Social Workers and adjunct professor of the University of Hartford and Capital Community College. Currently, she is apart of the Military Support program (MSP) as an embedded clinician for the CT Army National Guard. Her services provide support to the soldiers and their families.
