Our Rates and Insurance

 

We've got you covered! Healing House of CT accepts Husky, most commercial insurances, and other major insurances. Healing House will bill your insurance company directly and you are responsible for any insurance co-pay. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • Are there any restrictions or additional qualifications for virtual therapy?

 

We are in-network with the following insurance providers:

 

  • Aetna
  • Anthem Blue Cross
  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut
  • Anthem AEP
  • Cigna
  • Husky Healthcare
  • Tufts Health Plan
  • United Healthcare

If we do not currently accept your insurance but you feel we are a good therapeutic fit, call your insurance company to see if you have Out-of-Network Benefits. Out-of-Network benefits allow you to see us as an Out-of-Network provider. Sessions will be paid out of pocket and then a portion of the fee would be reimbursed by your insurance company.

 

Self Pay Rates:

  • Initial Individual, Family or Couple's Assessment (60 min) $205
  • Individual Session (60 min) $165
  • Individual Session (45 min) $145
  • Family & Couples Session (45 min) $165

Cancellation Policy

 

Commercial Insurance:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. If there is a failure to do so, you will be charged a $65 service fee.

 

State Insurance:

If you are unable to keep your appointment, 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. However, if there is a failure to do so, after the second missed appointment with a no call/no show your case will be closed.

Clients can pay in person or you can do so using our secure, online Patient Portal.
